Stayed at a hotel during my city trip that offered free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel's location was great, very close to the city centre. The rooms were always neat, tidy and comfortable. The best part of this hotel was the courteous and helpful staff.
The dining options at the hotel were quite limited, and the meals were overpriced for the quality served. The breakfast lacked variety and seemed repetitive after a couple of days. Additionally, during the last few days of my stay, there was a shortage of toiletries, and they weren't restocked promptly.

Fair Staff some of them are trying their best but it's in a very very bad location for a hotel - far from the downtown. Breakfast is a great
Bathtub is so small. location is far from everything.

Rooms were nice, they met my needs. Near royal regalia museum and all the action. I were happy to find vanda chinese restaurant 100 ft away, where I could eat.

I loved the hotel's facilities, including its clean and spacious rooms and the free shuttle service that made it easier for me to attend an event in the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, responding quickly to any queries that I had. Transportation to this city was also very convenient, as it was located close to the airport and a short drive away from Bandar Seri Begawan.
Nothing bad to say.

We stayed here overnight as a transit stop from KL to Auckland. The hotel is very close to the airport - the taxi fare there is a fixed price of 20 brunei dollars and 15 for the return leg. The rooms are good, beds comfortable;

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Bandar Seri Begawan. This place offered enhanced comfort and quality services to make my stay unforgettable. The hotel's location close to the river side allowed me to easily barter for a boat tour up the river. Additionally, its proximity to the airport made it convenient for my overnight stay. The room amenities including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi provided a comfortable and convenient experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, from the excellent room service to their prompt response to any queries. The hotel even organized a special free shuttle transfer, making it easier for guests to attend local events. the service and facilities at this hotel were top-notch.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We stayed at the Orchid Garden Hotel for a few hours, whilst we were in transit to Auckland. The hotel was close to the airport, which was ideal for accessing the hotel for a shower and a sleep. The staff were courteous and helpful. We were glad that we booked to stay at the hotel, rather than in a day room at Brunei Airport.

I dont like the way the web site is set up - Bruni is a place of transit, when you walk in without prior arrangement you can organise your stay for the hrs you stay. I personally prefer to have all accommodation paid for prior to arrival. When you book online it is not possible to organise this.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for both business and leisure purposes. The hotel provided a great service with friendly staff who were always willing to help with any requests we had. The spa was a lovely and economic way to unwind after a long day of work. there was a rare feature that we couldn't find anywhere else in the city which was a great surprise.
Although the hotel had several positive aspects, there were a few areas that fell short. The carpet in the hotel needed updating and appeared to be somewhat worn.
